One Stop Green Home Certification is dedicated to helping the central
Tracy DeCarlo, owner of One Stop, has been in the building industry for 15 years. She is a Florida Green Building Coalition Certifying Agent, a Green Home Verifying Agent for the National Association of Home Builders, Chair of the Green Building Committee at the Metro Orlando Home Builders Association, and immediate past Chair of the Homes Committee for the Florida Green Building Coalition. As a Certified Green Professional, Tracy uses her construction background to successfully lead builders through the green building and documentation processes.
Through collaboration with a Class 1 Home Energy Rater, One Stop Green Home Certification also coordinates the calculations and testing options or requirements for Energy Star, FGBC and NAHB certifications.
